No Turn on red (NTOR) is activated by ped push button and turns on just before the forward moving traffic gets a green. Right turning vehicles remain on red arrow for 5 seconds and then changes to flashing yellow. By then NTOR screen changes to 'yield to peds on crosswalk'.
